Señor Fish Still Under Construction in Echo Park

Señor Fish, the Eagle Rock-based Mexican seafood dive with six locations in the LA area, was reported to be taking over the old Pescado Mojado spot in Echo Park last year. Back then, owner Enrique Ramirez said he would open the doors to his newest location by December 2011. Major delays in permitting and construction have kept everything on hold, and although the space still needs a lot of work, the end is in sight. Today, construction crews confirmed that Señor Fish is just "about a month" from its debut. When the eatery launches, it will serve the same menu and have a similar atmosphere to its sister restaurants.
