Vintage Enoteca on Sunset announced their new chef yesterday. Chef Peter Hurd took over for Mike Garber "about three weeks ago," according to staff at the restaurant. His menu of spring dishes and small plates is now available, but Vintage Enoteca's standards (dates, cheese and charcuterie) remain as usual. [EaterWire]
