Bon Appetit takes a chat with rapper/actor Ice Cube who discusses his favorite LA eats: "If it's not my wife's cooking, my favorite food in LA is something like the chicken chimichanga at El Cholo, or a big steak anywhere, with Parmesan cheese on top...LA has the best Mexican food in the country, you know?--I never used to eat guacamole. My wife is the adventurous eater, always bringing home new stuff, and about 15 years ago she finally convinced me to try it. It's just so gross-looking, I never even wanted to taste it. [BA]
