Although details are scant at the moment, Los Angeles-based California Pizza Kitchen is looking to expand with a new sustainable prototype set to open this year in Florida. If successful the concept could expand around the country in 2013. According to chief executive G.J. Hart, the plan is to reinvent CPK once again as “the California pizza authority.” [NRN]
