All morning, Food & Wine editor-in-chief Dana Cowin has been tweeting "hints" about the lineup for F&W's 2012 Best New Chefs, and the third reveal took three words: "Cali Cardamom Counter." Looks like chef Bryant Ng of the Spice Table will take the win. Earlier this spring, F&W shortlisted Ng on its list of "People's Choice" Best New Chefs. Stay tuned. [@fwscout]
