For those who spied LoopNet's ad for 8151 Melrose Ave, to set the record straight, Red O is NOT on the market. However, the building that houses the two-year-old modern Mexican retreat was up for grabs at $6,500,000, but has since been sold. According to PR, "the sale of the building does not affect Red O in any way, as they are tenants in the building and will continue to operate normally." [LN]
