DOWNTOWN— Adam Weisblatt, GM over at bar | kitchen in the O Hotel, sends over the following note regarding the restaurant's new spring menu: "We have all new cocktails (rad), new food (also rad), new wines (Hungarian, Portuguese, Austrian, and rad), and new beers (and cider! rad!). WEST HOLLYWOOD— The Surly Goat craft beer den has changed its hours of operation to open at 1PM on Saturday and Sunday. On these days from 1-3PM the bar offers well drinks, select craft brews on tap, and Bloody Marys all for $4 each. [EaterWire]

NAPA—It appears that Thomas Keller has snagged a pastry chef from the "#1 restaurant in the world" Noma. Via Rene Redzepi's Twitter account: "Milton [Abel] our dear pastry king will soon be leaving only to become the pastry chef at the French Laundry. He'll be missed.
