Here's another pro-foie gras dinner put on by Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo over at Animal. First off, joining them in the kitchen is Michael Voltaggio (ink.) and Ludo Lefebvre (LudoBites) who is back for round two, and possibly one other NorCal chef still tbd.
