Status: Opened April 21
It has been almost one full year since the first mention of couple James Graham and Julia Latané's Ba Restaurant, located on the slowly developing York Boulevard in Highland Park. Earlier this month they were finalizing the space and hiring staff, and as of Saturday the restaurant has finally started to serve its 'hood. This here is the very short Cali-French menu which will, of course, change seasonally. Just four apps, four entrees, and four desserts, quite reasonably priced, with Beef Bourguignonne, the most expansive plate, coming in at $23. To drink, contemporary French wines and locally micro brews.
