Mélisse chef and owner Josiah Citrin confirms that he opened Sure Thing Burger, a burger stand in Lahaina, Maui (790 Front St.), last January. Citrin and partner Scott Picard focus on serving a "perfectly executed burger, using hormone and antibiotic-free grass-fed beef and locally sourced ingredients."
