Arron Turnbull's Dry Tour Wine Bar & Restaurant has remained concealed under plywood for months, but The Facebook offers up a sneak peek inside the soon complete digs. Located on the corner of Windward and Pacific in Venice, the building which houses Dry Tour dates back in 1904, making it one of the oldest structures in the area. Therefore, when redesigning the space, Turnbull sought to recapture Old Venice by installing the above pictured vaulted ceiling and uncovering the building's original floor. Staying true to the Venice mantra of local, seasonal, and craft, expect a seasonal small plate menu, California wine, microbrews, and infused sake cocktails. Need a job? Dry Tour is hiring.
