Food Network is casting season three of The Great Food Truck Race, however the show's concept has been modified from last season. Producers are now looking for "die hard foodies and trained chefs who want to start a food truck for the very first time." Those selected will travel across the country and "convince Americans that you have what it takes to make it in the food truck business!"
