Two-and-a-half year-old SliceTruck is the next mobile operation to go brick and mortar. On April 3 brothers Dave and Chris Hanley opened a small pizzeria right by Spaghetti House by Orris (which was recently up for grabs) and Hide Sushi on Sawtelle. One major change to the pizza recipe since opening, the Hanleys have swapped in KAMUT® Brand flour for the standard stuff. Hours of operation run Monday to Friday, 11AM to 9PM. [EaterWire]
