BEVERLY HILLS— Newbie A1 Cucina Italiana has a wine dinner planned for April 23. Marco Scapagnini of Domodimonti will pair wines along with chef Fredy Escobar's four-course meal for $55. The menu: shrimp with pink grapefruit and balsamic; pappardelle with wild rabbit ragu; rack of lamb with porcini; and pear and chocolate millefoglie.
