KCET caught up with Food & Wine's Best New Chef Bryant Ng to chat about the possibility of LA's newest Metro line pushing The Spice Table out of its space in Little Tokyo. What would Ng do if he had to close The Spice Table? "For me, The Spice Table restaurant as it is can only exist in this building... If they tell me that it's gone and I open another place, it is not going to be called The Spice Table. There may be reminisces of it, but I can never open a Spice Table again. Its soul lives here."
