Celestino Drago’s Enoteca Drago in Beverly Hills recently promoted Garrett Mukogawa to chef de cuisine (by way of Roy's downtown and Roy's in La Jolla). Mukogawa is now executing a new modern Italian menu with a few dishes pulled from the shuttered Drago in Santa Monica. Though don't be surprised to find yuzu or foie on a plate since the menu also references Mukogawa's background in Asian and French cuisine. [EaterWire]
