Cousins Maine Lobster is a mobile vehicle which rolled out late April serving, quite obviously, lobster rolls, shrimp rolls, lobster tacos, but also lobster ice cream and whoopie pies. Founders/cousins Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis tout (most) lobster meat flown in from Maine, unlike the year-and-a-half-old Lobsta Truck which culls its crustaceans from just "New England."
