In an interview with Squid Ink, chef Jeremy Fox, who consulted on the opening menu at Freddy Smalls and is now working out eats at Paper or Plastik, confirms Eater's previously mentioned restaurant rumors from two years ago and six months ago. Though most details seem to be up in the air, Fox does say he would "like to have a pretty concise á la carte menu that's not really coursed out," and he expresses interest in prefab architecture and flat out states, "I would love to do a prefab restaurant." Fox also reveals that he hasn't decided on a restaurant location, he's working on a cookbook, and will launch a line of his Marcona almonds with lavender under the label Fox Fine Foods at Cube. [LAW]
