Wilshire restaurant in Santa Monica is the next establishment hosting a foie gras fete, cheffed by some of the city's finest. Nyesha Arrington (Wilshire), Ray Garcia (Fig), Kris Morningstar (Ray's and Stark Bar), Vartan Abgaryan (Public), Micah Wexler (Mezze), and Jordan Kahn (Red Medicine) will all cook on June 3 at $110 a head (portion of proceeds goes to C.H.E.F.S) with a limited open gin bar starting at 6:30PM, dinner to follow at 7:30PM.
