Caffé Vita just opened its most recent coffee bar in NYC, meanwhile the above pictured Silver Lake branch is clearly delayed. Workers on site originally thought the sustainable roasting company would begins to brew in April but Caffé Vita is now poised for a June launch. As previously mentioned, Caffé Vita shares an adjacent W. Sunset Blvd space with Rudy's Barbershop, 6,000 square feet total, and the two Seattle-based brands plan to collaborate in the future.
