Which prominent LA chef is NOT fighting for foie? Wolfgang Puck. According to Inside Scoop, Puck is in favor of the July 1 ban and even wrote a letter back in February claiming that he hasn't served foie since 2007. Rumor has it though, that his restaurants ARE still serving foie and Rick Bishop, director of marketing for Hudson Valley Foie Gras, says that Puck has been buying the delicacy from them since early 2010.
