Here we are once again with a rousing Plywood Report. See something coming along in your neighborhood? Tips and photos are welcome.
1) Larchmont: Hamburger Hamlet is making a comeback with a slightly revised concept, Hamburger Hamlet XP. The smaller space will have dine-in and to-go options. An opening is expected later this month. [EaterWire]
2) Mid-City: The Hatfield's are making headway on Sycamore Kitchen. The space is still boarded up, but inside there's furniture and light fixtures, though a bit more decorating needs to be done. Part of the building is still gutted and needs a lot of TLC. [EaterWire]
3) West Hollywood: Michael Cimarusti's new project, Connie & Teds, has yet to break ground. In fact, wherever there is an awning, a homeless person has moved in and set up camp. Still, the opening is several months from now. [EaterWire]
