LA Weekly sat down with Shi Peng and Phillip Fu of Rosemead noodle destination JTYH to discover, among other things, that JTYH isn't the name of the restaurant. Says Fu: "JTYH is the name of this plaza. Our name, if you look closely at the sign is Heavy Noodle II. Our Chinese name is still Shanxi Dao Xiao Mian." [LAW]
