This summer Jeff Wedner plans to launch The Reuben Truck, basically a Jewish deli on wheels offering up slow-cooked corned beef and pastrami sammies. Wedner says the concept has been in the works for several years, his dream is to actually open a deli in LA, and back home in Pittsburgh, PA his father operates Smallman Street Deli which has been named Pittsburgh's best deli for the past five years. Help him get rolling with this Kickstarter fund, 12 days remain. [EaterWire]
