American-Japanese fast food seller Yoshinoya launched a new "healthy" quick serve concept called Asiana Grill Yoshinoya yesterday in Fullerton (450 North State College Blvd). Management is planning "several more restaurants in the coming months and by 2013." More photos here. [EaterWire]
