Friday night the James Beard Foundation announced the winners of the 2012 James Beard Foundation Book, Broadcast & Journalism Awards. The big winners were Nathan Myhrvold's Modernist Cuisine with two awards (including "Cookbook of the Year") and Saveur magazine with three awards (including "Food Coverage in a Food-Focused Publication").
