At Taste of the Nation on June 10, Umami will serve its newest creation, the Pink Slime Burger. No byproducts involved in this one, rather Umami founder Adam Fleischman takes a beef patty layered with chicken liver mousse and adds a new Umami product called "spray jelly," which will eventually be sold online.
