Several sources in New York and Los Angeles have suggested that one of New York's most prominent chefs, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, is looking to open a second location of his popular ABC Kitchen. Specifically, Vongerichten is targeting the LA market. Given the success of ABC Kitchen in Manhattan, and LA's affinity for casual, farm-to-table fare, this seems like a natural and welcome move.
