Fine dining chefs in LA have been fighting California's impending foie gras ban for the past few months. There's only one chef that's taking a completely different approach to the law (without coming out in support of it). The chef behind the stoves at Lazy Ox Canteen, Perfecto Rocher is taking a glass half-full approach. In the days just before the ban is to go into effect, Rocher is offering a Forget Foie menu, featuring dishes made from different types of (legal) livers. Find the a la carte menu below. The Forget Foie menu will be available at Lazy Ox Canteen on June 29 and 30.
