San Diego chef Brian Malarkey (Searsucker, Burlap) and partner James Brennan are on schedule to open their first restaurant outside of California this October. The team, operating as Enlightened Hospitality Group, will bring Searsucker, Malarkey's inaugural San Diego eatery, to Scottsdale, AZ.
