For those who noticed that Komodo, the food truck gone brick and mortar operation from co-owner Eric Tjahyadi, was out of commission for the past few days, rest assured this is just a temporary shutter. Tjahyadi explains, "We're actually only closed for this weekend for a bldg roach extermination. The storage room upstairs had some pest issues that went down and we had to close down the cafe to ensure customer safety/clean food preparation. Summer brings out the worst in the unexpected but we're scheduled to be cleared to open again by Monday afternoon :)" [EaterWire]
