At the Ernst & Young entrepreneur awards this week Innovative Dining Group's Lee Maen and Philip Cummins discussed the growing hospitality firm's upcoming projects. Soleto is the first to open; construction is underway at the old Hamburger Hamlet in WeHo for fine dining Italian and Chinese; and B Grill, "a cafe version or a light version of Boa Steakhouse" should serve at LAX's United Airlines Terminal in October/November.
