Falcon in Hollywood Could Be Yours for $495k

As some might recall, Mark and Jonnie Houston, the boys behind La Descarga, Harvard & Stone, Pour Vous, among other noteworthy LA drinking hubs, were set to take over Falcon on Sunset and reconfigure the club into a biergarten tentatively titled Vienna Hofbrau. Word on the street is that they fell out of escrow and now Falcon is back on the market. Asking price is $495k, and the 5,000 square foot space comes with an outdoor patio and unrestricted 47 liquor license. Those interested may contact BRC Advisors.

Update: Despite recently receiving a real estate blast which positioned Falcon as a property on the market, Mark Houston states that he is still in escrow to claim ownership.
