Evan Gotanda to Chef it up at WeHo's New Osteria Drago

Il Sole, the longtime Sunset Boulevard Southern Italian celebrity magnet, is well on its way to be reborn early next month as Celestino Drago's Osteria Drago. Reps for the restaurant today send word that Celestino will "bring his renowned Drago sensibilities to the space" in "a casually sophisticated ambiance." Also, former Drago chef Evan Gotanda from the shuttered Santa Monica restaurant will execute the menu at this new endeavor.
