Last night, the best and the brightest of the LA food world ascended to the rooftop of West Hollywood's London hotel to join Eater in feting the 2012 class of Eater Young Guns. Young Guns Adam Leonti of Vetri, Jeremiah Langhorne of McCrady's, Tim Maslow of Strip T's, Angela Majko of Uchiko, Cole Dickinson of ink., Matt Danko of The Greenhouse Tavern/Noodlecat, and Matt Rudofker of Momofuku Ssam Bar all brought their A-game dishes—serving everything from hamachi shipped in that day from Japan to pork jowl and pea soup and pickled shrimp with wild red Bayonnaise—and the weather cooperated, offering a first class Los Angeles sunset.
