Eat This Cafe to Serve Sandwiches in Hollywood

Cafe Muse quietly closed its doors on the corner of Santa Monica and Hudson a few months ago. In its place, next door to the Hudson Theater, comes Eat This Cafe. The team behind Eat This plan to sell hearty, classic sandwiches to the neighborhood and patrons of the theater. They are also currently selling a menu of sandwiches inside of Hudson Theater's cafe: turkey and cheese, Italian meats, tuna. Eat This Cafe will pour wine and beer along savory and sweet menu items for lunch and dinner.
