Rainforest Pizza and its sesame seed-flecked crust is no more, and its its place proprietor Claudiu Marinescu plans Gardner Junction, quite obviously designed by Kris Keith and the spacecraft crew. Above, a shot from earlier today. Though it's too early to make out any design elements, spacecraft is said to be working on a railroad-inspired aesthetic (this space is located on the historic Hollywood Red Car route) that will incorporate ample outdoor square footage. Not too many details by way of food and drink, but chef Steve Brown is crafting a farm-to-table menu, which will be served alongside local beer, wine, and cocktails. [EaterWire]
