DOWNTOWN— Not only is that historical chocolate shop recently discovered downtown slated for rebirth, but owner Charles Aslan is also planning an "authentic" hot chocolate bar, candy store, and vegan restaurant. The hot chocolate shop, located up front, will serve hot chocolate made from just water and cocoa, with customer seating located behind.
