BEVERLY HILLS— More details on the Spago renovation. In a video interview with The Daily Meal, chef/owner Wolfgang Puck discloses the following: "... we are going to remodel it and make it a modern classic style ... so it's going to be modern with light cream and colored walls ... we are going to build a roof over it which is removable ... and we going to put in a beautiful skylight in the dining room and then we going to change the whole menu ... all of the old dishes, they're going to be gone and they're going to be brand new ..."
