Joseph Mahon's Early Bird Launches Monday in Fullerton

Early Bird Cafe partners Joseph Mahon (Bastide, Burger Parlor), Marcelo Caraveo, and Tank Menzies are slowly revealing the interior of their newest project. Photos on Facebook show Mahon sanding and setting up the space along with a construction crew. Clearly, he's very hands-on with this project. Pending a few final permits and inspections, Early Bird Cafe is set to serve the public right on schedule, this upcoming Monday, July 16 at 6 a.m. Have a look at the menu.
