Muse Lifestyle Group Replaces Element with Sound

What was once Element on Las Palmas will be reborn as Sound on August 10, a new nightclub from Muse Lifestyle Group. Robert Vinokur, Kobi Danan, and Mikayel Israelyan, the guys that thought it cool to recently launch a non-mobile food truck restaurant, Calle Tacos, have next set their sights, or, in this case, sounds, on overhauling Element. Sound, open until 4 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, will encompass two bars in the main dance room and a third bar up front by the venue's entrance. It's hard to see in the dark photos above, but they're going for a raw, industrial, modern look with recessed seating, silk art panels, and "video servers." Exciting. [EaterWire]
