This is anything but a shocker. Erbe Matte, the shuttered Italian-Korean concept which failed to make waves on Canon in the 90210, is on the market. Cursed or not, the 2,600 square foot eatery is going for $15,600k a month. This listing is supposedly "below market rent" and the space comes with a full 47 license and hours of operation daily until 2 a.m. Those interested in breaking the curse can contact this guy.
