Those behind Proof Bakery have announced, via The Facebook, that the bakery will proffer ice cream sandwiches this summer. Proof joins Sprinkles and f?nuts, two other bakeshops that have added ice cream sandwich combos to their line of baked goods. In a more classic approach, Proof is sandwiching Strauss vanilla ice cream in between house-made Maldon-salted chocolate chip cookies. Cool. [Facebook]
