MID-CITY— Breadbar on Third Street has remained vacant for some time, and according to Grub Street NYC's Lady M Confections is taking over. The glossy (and pricey) Upper East Side cake boutique is most famous for its Mille Crêpes cake, think 20 crêpes layered with pastry cream. [GS]
