Soleto Opens, Pasta Dinner at Wood & Vine

DOWNTOWN—IDG's newest baby, Soleto Trattoria & Pizza Bar, opens today, a few weeks behind schedule. Chef Sascha Lyon (Delphine) is in the kitchen, bringing a traditional Southern Italian menu to life. Soleto will be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 5-11 p.m. [EaterWire]

HOLLYWOOD— Wood & Vine, next door to the W Hotel, is showcasing Chef Gavin Mills' pasta skills with a Summer Pasta Tasting Menu. Five courses of pasta (Bucatini, heirloom tomato sauce, olives, capers; Corn agnolotti, cilantro salad; Market asparagus cannelloni, truffle butter sauce; Potato gnocchi, confit pork belly, arugula; Chocolate ravioli, peach gelato, pistachio) is $48 per person.
