Ocean Park Boulevard is hoping for Treats this summer. Specifically, the space across from Bob's Market on 17th that once housed Twist is supposed to turn into Treats, a new froyo spot. It's been papered up for months, but finally, as of this weekend, the interior looks a little bit more finished. [ELA]
