Wow. Check out the croissant and bread porn on the Facebook page for B1 Breadshop, a new French bakery opening locations on 7th Street near downtown and also by Abbot Kinney and Washington in Venice. Renderings above of the mod, very Venice space which will also brew organic, fair trade coffee drinks from Monkey & Son. The downtown spot is expected to debut on Monday, with the Venice bakery to follow.
