SANTA MONICA— Food Network host Adam Gertler drops Eater an update on his Gertler's Kitchen pop-up. Adam and brother Keith are taking over the night shift at Whist inside the Viceroy hotel, setting up shop from 11 p.m. to 2 a. m. (Friday and Saturday nights through the summer), serving a slew of wursts and cheeseburgers topped with house-made bacon.
