Caffé Vita Still Under Construction, One Month Out

Caff&eacute Vita has hit delay after delay but it looks like the Seattle import is finally back on track. Headed to Sunset Blvd, adjacent to Rudy's Barbershop and just a few blocks down from Intelligentsia's Sunset Junction location, Caff&eacute Vita is poised to rifle a few feathers in the LA coffee scene.

According to construction crew on site, the last piece of dry-wall just went in, plumbing is ready to go, and all final building permits have been issued and approved. There's still the health department's final check which will take place once all the countertops and flooring are installed, but workers estimate a debut in one month.
