Chef Hideo Yamashiro rejiggered his American eatery on Sawtelle, Orris, into Spaghetti House by Orris, but just a few months later the property was up for grabs. Into the space next comes an outpost of Soba Sojibo, part of a Tokyo-based chain serving hand-made soba noodles. The first US location launched a few months back in Gardena, meanwhile this West LA haunt should open around September/October. [EaterWire]
